As ex-HCA Chartered Surveyors we understand the Compliance Audit process from beginning to end. We can carry the process out for you quickly and at a reasonable cost. In addition to this we can offer the following:

1. Compliance Audit Plus – Our experienced surveyors can come in and do a pre-audit health check and ensure you do not fail the audit process and therefore do not jeopardise any future funding. Part of this process we will ensure that there are good development procedures in place. Note we cannot carry out Compliance Audit and Compliance Audit Plus on the same audits (due to a possible conflict of interest) but we can appoint another auditor from another firm to carry out the other process.
2. New Audit Training – our staff have helped develop the new HCA audit system – we can give you training in this area as well as carry out the new audit function. We can take you through the process step by step and ensure that the entire process runs smoothly.
